Applications close approximately two months prior to the festival, March 1st.
What are the fees for this year?
There is no application fee this year. This year’s vendor fee will be $100.
How many spots will be offered for the Vendor Fair this inaugural year?
We are welcoming roughly 30 vendors to this first year
What kind of vendors are you looking for for this year’s fair?
We are looking for vendors that represent Baltimore City & the spirit of Old Time - things made with care, creativity, and collaboration. With our fair sitting on Earth Day Weekend, we are also excited to look for vendors who are sustainably minded!
We want to welcome ceramics, housewares, jewelry, hand-sewn works, upcycled works, woodworking, self-care items & tastes that make the city great. If you are made in Baltimore City or the Greater Baltimore area, we are interested in you joining us!
When will I be notified if I was accepted or not??
2-3 weeks after the close of applications
What is your inclement weather policy?
Should inclement weather occur and it is deemed it is not possible to hold the fair outside, we will do our best to accommodate indoors. Those who cannot be accommodated will receive a $50 refund or will be able to hold their reservation for the following year.
Am I required to have insurance to participate in your event?
Yes! If you are accepted we require you send us proof of insurance prior to the show. You can find single-event general liability insurance policies for less than $40 via ACT insurance.
How do we park?
We ask that vendors arrive during the instructed load-in times and then move vehicles to.
What do I need to bring with me?
This will be an outdoor fair - vendors are asked to bring your own pop-tent to protect from the sun. We will not provide coverage. Spaces are 10x10 and vendors are welcome to bring any material that fits within that space to represent the brand, complying with our communication policies.
