FAQ
How will my sponsorship be used?
Your donation will be used for many important things with the Old Time Music Festival, including paying artists, callers, designers, contractors, and more, accessing tools for the event's success (audio equipment, tents, safety, etc), and supporting any other needs that may arise.
Does my sponsorship come with tickets to the festival?
All donations valued at $500 or more will come with 2 tickets to the Baltimore Old Time Music Festival’s Saturday events. Donations valuing at our Tier 2, 3, 4 & 5 packages will be offered special partnership packages as a thank you for their contribution.
What companies have sponsored in the past?
In the past, we have received donations from Creative Alliance, Ear Trumpet Labs, Bluegrass Country Radio, and private donations to make this festival possible. This year we will be looking for sponsors who can help us reach the next level.
Are you a non-profit?
We are not a non-profit. That said, we are fiscally sponsored by Center for Cultural Vibrancy - an organization working with a wide variety of groups to bring cultural programming and experiences to audiences of all types and age. All sponsors of the Baltimore Old Time Music Festival will receive a thank you letter for their tax-deductible donation from Center for Cultural Vibrancy.
Are sponsorships and donations tax-deductible?
All sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible and will come with a donation letter from the Center for Cultural Vibrancy, our fiscal sponsor.
