Friends,
The Baltimore Old Time Festival was designed with the spirit of community in mind. We strive to create a safe, welcoming environment for this music and the greater community to thrive. With the Covid-19 outbreak spreading rapidly, we no longer feel that we can provide a safe environment for all who attend. It is important that large gatherings like this be cancelled to slow the spread of this virus and, despite the hard work we have put into this event and steps we put into place to keep everyone safe, it is in the best interest of everyone to avoid such large convenings. With that in mind, we are sad to inform you that the Second Annual Baltimore Old Time Music Festival has been postponed until a future date.
What does this postponement mean?
Festival Organizers are actively working on securing another weekend, likely in the summer depending on how the situation evolves, for the scheduled festival.
All tickets purchased for the festival this weekend will be transferred to this new date, once it has been confirmed.
If you feel that you must get a refund immediately, please contact the box office. If not, we would appreciate your patience with us.
Once we have secured and announced a new date, we will offer refunds if this date does not work with your personal calendar.
This is a big loss for everyone involved: artists, Creative Alliance, and you, the audience, but the safety of all involved is our top priority.
Thanks for your continued support.
Brad, Ken, Josh, Susan
