Festival History
The Inaugural Baltimore Old Time Music Festival was held in March 2019.
The story starts well before then.
This music has a deep heritage in Baltimore and Maryland. The sounds of the fiddle and banjo, along with ballad singing, country song, flatfoot dance, and social square dancing are sewn into the fabric of this region. We're thrilled to celebrate and examine these rich traditions with you at the festival!
